You really gave mummy a nice "rehearsal" today. When I first felt some dampness early in the morning around past midnight, I was too groggy to check if it was amniotic fluid or leaked urine. So I went straight back to sleep after deciding that I would check it later at Dr Chan's clinic.
Well, it seems like naughty daddy added some spice to the "rehearsal". He left a broken water seat pad on my chair and mummy got a big wet patch on my dress when I was preparing some things for the visit. When mummy realised it, it was almost unbelievable...mummy stared hard at the chair and could not see any water mark that could have been left behind by Daddy's drinks.
Panicked, mummy picked up the phone and started making plans to go down to Dr Chan's clinic.
Well, you got everyone excited that you're coming soon.
Seems like you have plans of your own. Dr Chan couldn't trace the amniotic fluid with the swap and concluded that it could be a leak which closed up by itself.
So mummy was sent home to rest and that's when mummy found out the naughty thing that Daddy had done...
Anyway, we still can't explain what caused the dampness early in the morning...but this experience has reminded all of us that your big day will be here very soon :)
