Clockwork

Baby Eliza has been growing so fast that I'm losing track of her developmental milestones.
I realised that as adults, we tend to think that babies are incapable of understanding certain things. Atfer witnessing a few babies and the surprises they give to their parents, I believe that babies have an innate ability to understand a lot of things around them and very often, we underestimate what they can really do. Just the other day, I ended work late and reached home at 8pm, more than an hour later than usual. My mum told me that Baby Eliza was screaming and crying when the clock struck 7pm, and only stopped after much sayanging. After that day, I noticed that she would wake up at 7pm sharp from her catnap and stay awake for me and Iain to come home. And once we are back, she would "eh eh" to let us know it's time we focus on her :)

The Noah's Ark "docked" at Eliza's day bed the other day...

So the blue whale is her fav animal!

Stretching in her "gym"

"Like my toys?"
